[Ref] Snowblind Updated

Oh man, this lovely lady was one of the very first ponies I adopted after I joined DA.  She's so pretty!  I had made a ref for her already, but it badly needed an update, so here she is!

Info from her first ref:  Can freeze things for a short period of time, and can cause snow flurries around herself or someone else, limiting visibility. Also has the ability to blend in with the night so that she's effectively invisible, especially in winter.
